Online Training Subscriptions for Institutions
CRG is now offering institutions the option to subscribe to our online training via a yearly subscription model. This subscription-based training has been developed to provide institutions the ability to train a greater number of staff at a reduced cost without compromising integrity.
About Our Workshops
Capital Review Group’s Understanding the ESOS Act 2000 and National Code 2018 workshops have been very popular within the sector.
Typically provided in-house, CRG has now developed online versions. These sessions can be accessed on-demand to enable staff to pace their professional development in a way that suits their needs.
Our Online Courses
CRG has developed a range of online training courses in addition to our face-to-face courses. These courses will be delivered via our specifically designed online training platform, with the portal available via our website.
Our online training has been developed to:
- reduce the significant costs in staff absences, travel and accommodation for our clients when attending face-to-face courses;
- target skills and fill any gaps in knowledge that participants may have;
- offer flexible delivery that allows participants to manage the time taken to complete courses;
- cost less than our face-to-face courses, although participants lose the benefits of attending a face-to-face course; and
- offer our clients an avenue to undertake a refresher course, when required.
Our Subscription Offer
- Yearly subscription model, with six-monthly or annual payment options
- A minimum of 15 participants per institution
- Regular reports to track progress of participants
Understanding the ESOS Act and National Code 2018 Workshop
This workshop will provide context to the National Code, best practice guidelines for the Standards as well as exercises to work through common scenarios relating to international students studying onshore. This workshop is targeted for staff working in Academia, Admissions and Marketing within Schools, ELICOS, VET, and Higher Education providers.
Understanding the ESOS Act and National Code 2018 for Teachers and Academics
This workshop will provide Academics and Teaching staff context to the National Code 2018 and how it relates to their day-to-day activities.
This workshop has been specified designed for those working in teaching or academia in CRICOS registered providers. This workshop will provide context on international education in Australia, the ESOS Framework, an overview of the National Code 2018 requirements and how it relates to those working in teaching and academic roles.
This workshop will also discuss Provider Defaults under Tuition Protection Service and the ESOS Act 2000, and best practice guidelines on how to avoid these defaults.
Understanding the ESOS Act and National Code 2018 for Executives and Directors
This workshop has been specifically designed for those within higher management in CRICOS registered providers. This workshop will provide a general overview of the ESOS Framework, the National Code 2018 and key aspects of the ESOS Act 2000 and how it relates to their departments and team.
This workshop has been designed to take no more than 30 minutes to complete, with the integral aspects of international education compliance highlighted specifically for decision makers.
ESOS Case Study Workshop
The ESOS Case Study Workshop will focus primarily on case studies and questions relating to complex compliance issues in International Education.
This session is a follow-on from Understanding the ESOS Act and National Code 2018 Workshop, and has been designed to provide an opportunity to discuss the complexities in small groups.
This course is targeted for those working day-to-day with international students, particularly those working in Student Services and Compliance.
The Case Study Workshop will be delivered via Zoom. Sessions will be held every three months with a maximum group of 12 participants.
