This seminar, run by Natalie Tierney, will provide a detailed overview of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (HESA) and its associated legislative instruments.
Understanding the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (HESA) will cover:

The structure and purpose of the Higher Education Support Act 2003;

Provider obligations under the Higher Education Provider Guidelines, HELP Guidelines, and relevant funding agreements;

Key compliance and reporting responsibilities; and
-
How HESA interacts with the HESF and TEQSA’s regulatory framework.
This seminar focuses exclusively on the requirements for Higher Education providers (not VET providers).
It is designed for staff involved in Governance, Compliance, Student Administration and Finance who require a clear understanding of the HESA compliance framework.
