You’ll gain a clear understanding of your obligations under the ESOS Framework when supporting international students under the age of 18—particularly in a school context. This includes:

• Key requirements under the ESOS Act and National Code 2018. 

• General principles around CAAW arrangements and provider responsibilities

• Legal and practical obligations for accommodation, support, and ongoing monitoring

• Common pitfalls and how to avoid compliance issues

The session also offers practical context for each obligation, real-world examples, and time for questions.
